Type S Thermocouple, 8 Gauge, 15cm (6") long constructed of Platinum/Rhodium Alloy and enclosed in a thin-walled, high temperature sheath.
Type S Thermocouple wire (not included) must be used with your Type S thermocouple plus your controller needs to be changed to handle a Type S.
